Dear Mom,
I'm all about the retouching, as you know. No need to immortalize spots, that's my philosophy. Or the million goose bumps that were on my chest in this picture. Jennifer said people wouldn't be looking at that, but rather at the jewelry, but when the goose bumps are as big as the jewelry, it's a little distracting.

Love,
Ruth

Dear Ruth,

Typo in last post of mine, should be rid instead of red. I know you caught it even tho you didn't mention it, being the good proofer that you are.

Yeah, retouching is a pretty good deal.

Your necklace is so delicate and feminine and dainty. It does everything one would want a necklace to do, and it lies perfectly in the dip of your throat, and makes people want to come closer and closer to you in order to see it thoroughly. Winner necklace.

Markey's are coming this aft, so I am making soup pie right now. And more ginger tea, my favorite---thanks to you and Ron.

Last full day with Karen. We are trying not to let that overwhelm us.

Distance between sisters sucks.

Stay warm, and wouldn't it be good if the detailer tool could work in reality? You get chilled, so you just hit those goosebumps with the tool and poof, you aren't cold anymore.

K could have used that tool on her feet. I tell her that her socks are too tight, but she says her feet are always cold. But your socks are always too tight!...and we go round and round, while I warm her feet in my lap. She is the person you inherited cold hands and feet from.

I love you, and stay warm,

mom
