I hope he has perked up a bit since the photo was taken. He looks very, very sad there. He is saying " I'm really fed up with people cutting stuff off of me. Anything round seems to be in danger, and I don't know why. "
And then he turned the other way and said very clearly," BAD KITTY...!"
