Dear Ruth,
I am procrastinating finishing up on the garden work, choosing to knit in free moments the last few days--- and I know snow is coming, but here I sit knitting anyway. I've decided to do one of those scarves for Vilma for xmas. Today is her 47th birthday.
Actually, I'd be happy to just get inspired to cook something different for dinner. So far, nada. Poor dad. We can't keep having scrambled eggs every night.
I told the hairdresser ladies that you were expecting 6-9 inches of snow coming out of Buffalo. They gasped, in a very appreciative way.

So, did any of it stick?
Love, mom
Dear Mom,
Oh, it stuck. Not 6 inches, but enough. Poo.
Love,
Ruth
