It's coming our way. Today was windy but not too cold yet, and the rain/ drizzle burned off by afternoon. Our snow is finally gone. the chickens were let out into their yards for the first time in over a month. They were surprised. Your clouds look serious.
I went to Ashford knitting group this aft, and we had a lovely time... I had just finished the bib front Jimmy Bean sweater pattern winner for the baby, and everyone loved it. I found Hunca Munca buttons for it it Sturbridge. I'll send a picture tomorrow.
Suzanne ( knitting group leader) is in the middle of re-doing her old cape, months and months of fixing already, and was soooo excited to talk about someone else's plumbing issues, and give advice. She said $20,000 was ridiculously high for a small bathroom redo, and I could do much better. So tomorrow early the plumber will come and install the simple plain jane sink vanity upstairs that I bought, and with a little luck the price will be about $700 for his labor. Still a ridiculous price, as I don't think it will take more than a few hours. It is going to average out to $200/hr! because he mentioned $700-900 as a price over the phone!! Yikes. And we'll still be dealing with pink and maroon tiles!
If I had another child, I would encourage him or her to go into the plumbing field.
